I was looking through my favorite blogs yesterday and postponing baking when I found the best easy way to make cookies. (Thank you Annie!) So here's my version...
All you need:
1. 1 box of cake mix. Any kind. Annie used chocolate. I used French Vanilla.
2. 2 eggs
3. 1/3 cup of vegitable oil
Mix together and add your mix-ins. I used semi-sweet chocolate chips. Annie used white chocolate and milk chocolate chips, I think.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. I pulled them out when the edges started to brown. (Our oven isn't the best:/)
And enjoy! They're nice and soft when they come out of the oven. It makes about 2 dozen, just right for a small family!
